99.9% Uptime or better
We have a straight forward SLA to all our VPS clients. This is simply to maintain a 99.9% or better uptime record at all times. This includes the network accessibility and the availability of the physical hardware on which your VPS run. To simplify this, 99.9% equates to 42 minutes and 12 seconds of downtime in a standard 30 day month.
What happens if its less than 99.9%?
In the unlikely event that we do not maintain 99.9% uptime or better, we will give clients a graded credit for the next billable month as follows:

Whats not covered?
Our SLA covers the network and the physical hardware, it does not cover your individual VPS. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure their VPS is online and all services are running. ZxVPS offers unmanaged VPS and we have no pro-active monitoring for clients VPS or services in place. If you need a monitoring service why not try Pingdom or Binary Canary, who both offer free basic monitoring with email/SMS alerts.
